I was born and raised in Nueva Ecija, a neighbor province of Tarlac. My career began humbly in my hometown, where I worked as a clerk for a motorcycle distributing company and later in a rural bank as a bookkeeper.
With the desire to explore new opportunities, I decided to venture into city life. I moved in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila - where life is fast-paced and challenging, but it was there that I learned most of my accounting skills and knowledge.
After 4 years, I felt an urge to return home when an opportunity with TOA arose. The prospect of becoming an offshore accountant excited me, but also brought a wave of uncertainty. Despite my doubts, I took the leap and joined TOA's accelerator program.
Graduating from the program and becoming part of the Flor-Hanly - Team Tarlac Family was one of the best moments of my life. Meeting Ben and Ari here in the Philippines on our first day gave me a deep sense of value and assurance. The transitions were seamless, as I learned from the company's culture and accounting processes. I’ve been enjoying my time learning so many new things and growing as a professional.
Looking back, my journey has been full of challenges and growth. From my town in Nueva Ecija to the big city and back, each step has led me to where I am today - doing work I love and continuing to learn every day with my amazing Team Tarlac.
